Paid products and donations

The Crystal Prescription report ($19.99) is a manually-fulfilled digital product, delivered by email within 48 hours of purchase. Because it's a personalized digital good delivered promptly, refunds are handled case by case — contact us if something genuinely went wrong with your order. Donations via Support Us are voluntary and non-refundable. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
