What we're genuinely useful for

Factual corrections are the single most valuable message you can send us — if any mineral class, chemical formula, hardness value, locality, or historical claim on a stone page looks wrong, tell us specifically which page and what the issue is, and we'll look into it. Stone requests are also welcome: if you're looking for a specific mineral we haven't covered yet, let us know and we'll factor it into the roadmap. General feedback on the site's tools, structure, or content is genuinely read, even if we can't reply to every message individually.

What we can't help with

We can't provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice of any kind, including any question about whether a specific crystal is right for a specific health condition — see our full disclaimer for why, and please direct any genuine health concern to a qualified professional instead. We also can't authenticate or appraise a specific physical stone you own from a photo or description alone; our real-vs-fake sections are written as general guidance for a stone type, not a substitute for in-person gemological testing.

Response time

We aim to respond to most messages within a few business days. Crystal Prescription orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase regardless of any separate contact message; if you have a question about an order specifically, mention your order details so we can look it up quickly.
